IT TOOK ME OVER 20 YEARS IN THE CORPORATE WORLD TO DISCOVER MY TRUE SUPERPOWERS. SINCE THEN, I HAVE GAINED THE POWER AND CONFIDENCE TO WAKE UP AND DO THE WORK THAT I LOVE EVERY DAY.
I was immersed in the corporate world in IT & Operations leadership. No matter the role, I focused on growing people and teams and helping them succeed while still making the work environment fun. And while I enjoyed the work I was doing, I was struggling in the system. I felt like there were more ways for me to make an impact, to grow myself, and to help others grow too.

During my coach training, I connected with my own awesomeness and was transformed. My purpose became clear: I want this for everyone!

I'm a prolific idea generator, a champion real-talker, & a horrible joke-teller.

I work with & fight for my clients while pouring my own sunshine into their lives & leaving my signature glitter every step of the way.

I spent 20+ years in IT & Operations leadership & have seen both the beautiful parts & the smelly gross parts of corporate life.

Certifications & Credentials
CPCC
The Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) program is a full-spectrum overview of coaching. This program includes materials to learn the coaching competencies, apply the coaching competencies, and understand communications.
ACC
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential requires 60+ hours of training, 100+ hours of coaching experience with at least eight clients, and 10+ hours of mentoring with a Registered Mentor Coach.
